Some choices affect our families for years to come. You see, my Mother is 84 years old she lives with us and isn't in the best of health. She takes at least 12 prescription meds per day and she really has no desire to do anything. I don't want to become dependent on prescription meds when I am in my 80's I am choosing to be healthy to avoid such things in the future. Thanks for your time, Doug Casady
