I remember making cards for my mom to wish her Happy Mother's Day when I was in one of the many schools I attended for 'day care' purposes because she had to work two jobs. /nI remember one card in particular made out of macaroni. As I glued the elbows in shapes of letters I thought to myself, why would anyone want to waste the macaroni on a card when they could eat it? You know spelling Happy Mother's Day out of macaroni is not the easiest task; especially when there's glue all over your hands, in your hair and you just want this stupid card making activity to be over so you can go outside and play.
